We are now seeking a Qualified Chartered Secretary who wishes to take-up a position of Assistant Manager – Corporate Governance, Company Secretarial and Legal Services in our Limerick Office.

Overview of the Responsibilities
* Advising boards, stakeholders and senior management on corporate governance and company law requirements
* Overseeing annual compliance for large client base
* Review of annual returns filings for submission with Companies Registration Office
* Preparing board and shareholder packs and advising on corporate governance procedures
* Maintaining and updating statutory registers and minute books
* Advising on compliance requirements the Beneficial Ownership Regulations
* Providing support internally on compliance and technical related matters
* Ad-hoc duties as required

In addition, some of the key skills/experience/characteristics of the person who would be best suited to this role are as follows;
* Qualified Chartered Secretary with 2+ years post qualification experience
* Highly organised individual with excellent time management skills
* Company secretarial qualification an advantage though not required
