Our client, based in Limerick City, is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their company for an initial fixed term contract.

Who we are seeking
* Possess at least 12 months experience within Finance / Accounts Dept

Overview of the responsibilities
* Responsible for processing Accounts Payable / Accruals / Purchase Invoices, with specific responsibility for Fixed Asset recording
* Completion of allocation of receipts to the various customer ledgers as well as daily reporing on same
* Responsible for completion of bank reconciliations
* Responsibility for analysis, monitoring and management of account ranges within the profit & loss and/or balance sheet
* Month-end & year-end processing tasks and analysis
* Other ad hoc duties as required
