Our client, based in Shannon, is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance Team on a Fixed Term Contract basis.
Who we are seeking
* Possess at least 2 years’ experience within an Accounts Dept
* Strong attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability for high levels of attention to detail
Overview of the responsibilities
* Assist with the monthly reporting process with:
– journal entries
– reconciliation of key accounts
– preparation of reports
* Manage a specific group of ‘blue-chip’ customers in relation to sales invoicing and cash receipts
* Other ad hoc duties as required
