Sourcing Candidates

Our methods of sourcing includes:

  • Executive search by targeting companies and people with the relevant experience
  • An internal database search
  • Advertising on commercial websites and local / national print media as well as on our own website

Step 3

Candidate Selection & Interviews

  • At the outset, we confirm with the client the number of interviews, who will be involved in the interviews and where they should be held
  • A list of candidates will be identified, BDO will then interview / screen them based on the evaluation criteria agreed with the selection committee
  • A final candidate shortlist will be presented to the client
  • Interviews will be coordinated by BDO including making our offices available if required
  • Prior to offer, BDO will conduct reference checks
  • We will present the offer and handle any negotiations if required
  • We will also conduct candidate and client follow ups after the placement is complete
