Set Your Goals Now For 2020
Research has shown time and time again that written Goals are a powerful means of helping you in achieving your desired results. These can be associated with anything from career, fitness etc..
I have set out below my own thoughts on goal setting and have listed the 5 key steps you should take in setting your goals for 2020.
Goals should be:
1) Set early i.e. before the new year starts
2) No more than 4 or 5 in number
3) Ambitious and should require you to go beyond your comfort zone
4) Written down and placed where you can see them clearly everyday
5) So clear that the people around you and even strangers, would know if they were achieved.
