We have a superb opportunity for an experienced Senior Order Administrator to join a growing Multi-national organisation based in Limerick on a permanent basis.

Profile
*Minimum of 5 – 7 years prior experience of international order administration
*Prior experience of dealing with hardware configurations requirements
*Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities
*Advanced user of Excel, Share Point & Sales Force
*Must be analytical

Overview of the responsibilities:
*Ensure timely & accurate order review, order entry, order tracking, invoicing and customer communications for international customers
*Coordinate & communicate with customers, sales, operations & finance teams to resolve issues
*Prepare & present a concise weekly update on all open orders to the finance team
*Ensure that all customer invoices comply with VAT and importation requirements
*Prepare & reconcile worldwide order related reports
*Support corporate accounting team on revenue and revenue recognition analysis and reports
