The Role:
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of a warm desk within the Accounting & Finance sector, managing both client relationships and the full recruitment lifecycle.
You will leverage your industry knowledge and network to source top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the Accounting & Finance sector, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates across various finance roles.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales and networking.
- Negotiate offers and terms with clients and candidates, ensuring a successful placement for all parties.
