Overview
Our client, based in Limerick City, is currently seeking a Book-keeper to join their company on a permanent basis.

Who we are seeking
* Experienced book-keeper
* Possess high levels of attention to detail

Overview of the responsibilities
* Responsible for the posting of transactions on the Finance System
* Coding and posting of purchase invoices & preparing file for payment-runs
* Uploading of sales invoices
* Posting & allocating of payments/receipts in the various Debtor, Creditor & Bank Ledgers
* Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Debtors and Creditor control accounts
* Completion of Accounts up to Trial Balance stage, for review
* Preparation of various VAT Return calculations for review
* Other ad hoc duties as required
