Overview
Our client, based in West Limerick, is currently seeking an A/P Assistant to join their company on for an initial 3 – 6 month fixed term contract.
Who we are seeking
* Possess at least 12 months experience withiin an A/P environment
* Immediately available
Overview of the responsibilities
* Responsible for the coding and posting of purchase invoices
* Responsible for the timely reconciliation of key supplier accounts
* Preparation of weekly and monthly analysis of key accounts .
* Other ad hoc duties as required
