Vacancy Overview
Our client, a large aviation group, is currently seeking a HR Consultant to join their team on a fixed term contract to lead a variety of human resource projects. This role will report directly to the CEO.

Who we are seeking
Some of the key skills/experience/characteristics of the person who would be best suited to this role are as follows;

* BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a relevant field. MSc/MA in Human Resources would be an advantage.
* Must have proven experience as a HR Manager/ HR Consultant / Training Consultant
* Experience of leading a team and working with Middle & Senior Management
* Experience in providing an expert advisory and consultancy service to both management and staff
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* In-depth knowledge of HR Principles, functions, methods and best practices
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment while having a high degree of attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and time planning skills

Overview of the Responsibilities
* Reporting to the CEO
* Initiate and lead key HR development projects and activities
* Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
* Design, develop and implement training programs that support the organisations objectives
* Optimize key strategic people projects such as performance & people development management, talent management and succession planning
