An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to take-up a 12 month contract position within a growing multi-national company based in Shannon.

Overview of the responsibilities
*Manage & provide support to the AP team in invoice processing, payments, queries & employee expense processing
*Manage and monitor work loads to ensure the timely completion of AP activities
*Manage the completion of monthly creditor account reconciliations
*Authorise AP payments in the banking system
*Responsible for the training of new hires within the team
*Ad-hoc duties as required

Profile
*3-5 years Accounts Payable experience within a multi-national environment
*3rd Level qualification or equivalent would be highly desirable
*Highly motivated individual with ability to delegate effectively
